Relocating global consulting firm SMEC’s office was an opportunity to tailor the workspaces to the company’s specific working styles. The result is an open, light-filled workspace across two floors that emphasises collaboration and features intricate event and meeting spaces. A collaboration with Gray Puksand and DBS over a focused 16-week construction period, we constructed an interconnecting staircase and included an executive boardroom, high-end AV installations and double-glazed partitions. Expansive views are prioritised throughout, with natural light a key feature.
