When Love Tilly Group wanted to expand their Palazzo Salato restaurant to add a basement wine bar, it needed to be handled carefully. It was critical to preserve the site’s historical aspects while creating a contemporary venue. As the construction lead, we oversaw the sandstone bedrock excavation for hydraulics installation, stabilised fire-damaged beams with structural steel, and managed the kitchen construction. Our expertise in executing complex builds with heritage considerations and modern functionality were key to ensuring Letra House was ready for the busy summer period.
