Contemporary workplaces increasingly seek innovative spatial solutions to meet client demands. At Lendlease’s 1 O’Connell Street project, we collaborated with IV Twelve to fill vacant office space and attract tenants seeking high-end, ready-to-use premises. Transforming the warm shell and creating unique spec suites that were move-in ready removed any cost implications for the client (unless changes were requested). Our team rose to the challenge and delivered approximately 1400m2 within eight weeks over the Christmas/New Year period, a notoriously challenging time for trades.
