Insignia Financial Consolidation Project Sydney
Parkline Place,Levels 16-21, 252 Pitt Street,
Sydney, NSW, Australia
Bringing an entrepreneurial
pirit to every project.

For Australian financial services company Insignia Financial, bringing together 1500 employees from three different sites into a single flagship location was an ambitious undertaking. For Hunter Mason as the Design & Construction lead of the new HQ, the challenge was delivering the state-of-the-art integrated fitout alongside the ongoing base building construction with limited dock access and unexpected site shutdowns.
Fortunately, a considered program of site visits, interactive workshops, and collaboration with a specialist group of consultants meant we ultimately delivered a space reflecting Insignia’s excellence and innovation, setting the company up for the next generation of success.
In order to optimise its Sydney office footprint, Insignia Financial consolidated its Kent Street, Hickson Road and Pacific Highway offices into the new ‘Parkline Place’ location at 252 Pitt Street, Sydney. Designed to enhance collaboration and flexibility, the six-floor fitout spans 8,847 sqm and includes interconnecting stairs between all levels and three fire compartments separating the floors.

Over a six-month pre-construction period and 22 weeks of construction, we worked alongside Di Jones Consulting, The Studio Collaborative and DBS Consulting to bring Parkline Place to life and ensure it would be an agile work environment well into the future.
Across the six floors, employees can take advantage a variety of alternative settings that support diverse work styles, including two Growth Studios for training, The Pavilion, Wellness and Spiritual Zones. Client meeting rooms and boardrooms are elevated spaces, while employees enjoy high-end acoustic solutions in meeting and focus rooms within an ultramodern HQ that fosters collaboration, employee wellbeing, and a premier client experience.
“Hunter Mason has demonstrated exceptional performance throughout the fitout project at Parkline Place. Their project management capabilities have ensured the project was completed and achieved milestones as planned with effectively addressing any potential delays. Hunter Mason has shown a strong ability to engage and retain a skilled workforce, ensuring that both on-site and off-site subcontractors are well- coordinated. Their meticulous documentation practices, proactive communication with stakeholders, and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment have significantly contributed to the project’s success. Additionally, Hunter Mason’s adherence to quality assurance standards and environmental management practices have been exemplary.”
