Hunter Mason partnered with APG to deliver a premium End of Trip facility for IFM at the A-Grade 4 National Circuit precinct in Barton, redefining the arrival experience for building occupants. Delivered in collaboration with IA Design and NDY, the project transformed an underutilised basement into a sophisticated workplace amenity featuring premium bathrooms and showers, state-of-the-art lockers, bicycle storage, drying facilities and refreshment stations.

Balancing design excellence with technical complexity, the project incorporated bespoke joinery, custom lighting and high-end finishes throughout. Working closely with the landlord and consultant team, Hunter Mason developed innovative solutions to address slab movement, redundant services and acoustic performance, ensuring a durable, high-performing environment that supports modern workplace wellbeing.
