Consolidating three floors of busy office space into 1.5 while maintaining vibrancy and a sense of spaciousness requires deep understanding between the client and the project team. For insurance company IAG’s Hurstville fitout, an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) contract mean we could tailor the project to IAG’s exacting design standards. We demolished levels 6 and 7 of the 10-year old fitout, infilled stairs and completely upgraded services to create a collaborative, functional, and engaging open-plan office environment.
