Revitalising a busy lobby area requires a fine balance, maintaining accessibility while not spoiling the grand reveal. We worked overnight over eight weeks to rejuvenate the dated lobby for commercial property company Frasers Property Australia, enhancing the reception and lift lobby. This involved demolishing the existing ceiling and joinery and installing a new back-lit stretch fabric and wood joinery ceiling, with all new services carefully coordinated. The fresh, modern result brought a new lease of life to the building’s shared spaces.
