Luxury car manufacturer Audi needed an Australian HQ to consolidate its various brands under one roof. That’s where we came in, transforming its existing Zetland ‘Lighthouse’ building into an award-winning three-floor automotive mecca and contemporary workplace. Meticulous pre-construction planning, value engineering and close client collaboration kept the project on track and in budget even as the brief evolved. An internal stairway that connects the floors is a feature, and was an achievement given the site’s constraints.
