As a key partner in Atlassian’s Sydney growth since 2015, Hunter Mason has developed a deep understanding of the company’s DNA. This insight was central to Project Innovate, a collaborative venture with Architectus and Aston Consulting to test and refine bespoke Atlassian design strategies.
Delivered over 26 weeks, the three-floor fitout at 363 George Street features open-plan work zones, modular pods, moveable walls, and vibrant recreation and retreat areas, all designed to foster Atlassian’s signature culture of innovation and flexibility. Hunter Mason also designed and built the custom furniture package, reducing costs while maintaining design intent and quality.
Project Innovate represents one of the latest phase in Atlassian’s Sydney real estate strategy. In partnership with the Real Estate & Design team, Hunter Mason delivered new fitouts across Levels 24, 27, 28 and 29, reimagining the entry and experience floor and testing new ways of working across the George Street campus, home to over 2,500 staff.
