Our extensive preconstruction phase and collaboration with major stakeholders preceded the fitout, which included breakout spaces, meeting rooms and workstations. We overcame structural limitations and tenancy access issues, as well as Covid lockdowns, to seamlessly integrate design, functionality and stakeholder demands.
