The Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) co-located into a single 2,650 sqm modern workplace on Level 11, 452 Flinders Street, Melbourne. The project united two previously separate departments, each with defined zones and shared central facilities, while meeting strict government security standards—Zone 2 tenancy and Zone 3 comms room partitions.
