By repositioning and revitalising a seven-storey commercial property in Sydney’s Surry Hills, we helped the April Group maximise its rental income potential. Dividing the project into eight zones meant we could execute a comprehensive scope in just three months, with minimal disruptions to the building’s daily operations. This included a full facade uplift, window replacements, mechanical external louvres and a rejuvenated lobby. Additional improvements involved lift enhancements, painting, and stair and carpet upgrades.
