Hunter Mason partnered with Charter Hall to transform the Ground Floor Lobby following the departure of the primary tenant within the tower. The redesign and reinvigoration of the ground floor lobby included the introduction a new café and façade with a coffee window, tiered seating and breakout zones, community hub seating with a feature tree and Aboriginal tile art, a concierge lounge, raised third-space areas, refreshed lobby waiting zones and upgraded laneway canopies and planting. Delivered in a live environment, the works were carefully planned and completed out of hours to minimise disruption.
